Coronavirus Update 17th March 2020

It is with sadness and regret that I have to inform all our Draycott Table Tennis Centre users that the Clubs Management Committee has decided that it has no option but to close the Draycott Table Tennis Centre to all activities from immediate effect.

The Derby, Nottingham & Loughborough Leagues have already cancelled their remaining fixtures so no more League matches can be played until the situation improves.

This decision has been made due to the new measures in place announced by the Prime Minister on Monday 16th March to combat the escalation of the CORVID-19 outbreak.

As soon as the outbreak is contained and the Prime Minister relaxes the new measures that have been advised, we will then advise you when we will re-open.

I realise that this is a huge disappointment to everyone and look forward to the time when everything is back to normal – hopefully not for too long.

 Best Wishes,

Dave Greaves – Club Chairman

Jon Bayliss – Club Secretary

Phil Vickers – Head Coach

Paul Jennings – Treasurer

Mark Green -Member Secretary

Sue Gouch – Over 50 Chairperson

Sathon Boonyaprapa – Parent Rep
